      Yes. Interior Design is available as a standalone service and may include layouts, materials, technical drawings, custom millwork details, furniture selections and 3D visualizations.

      3. Do you handle co-op and condo requirements?

      Yes. Depending on the project, we coordinate alteration agreements, COI documentation, building submissions, work-hour requirements, freight elevator reservations,
      deliveries and site access.

      4. Do design and construction stay under one contract?

      Yes, for Turnkey Renovation projects. The approved design, construction scope and project execution remain with one team under one contract.

      5. How is the renovation cost determined?

      Cost depends on the size and condition of the property, project scope, building requirements, material selections and the amount of custom work. After the scope is defined, we prepare a detailed project proposal.
